During the training, you will learn to recognize waste and you will receive a roadmap to optimize processes in a targeted manner. After the two-day training course, you will immediately be able to apply Lean principles to your work environment. Lean Thinking is a 2-day training course. We cover the 7 Wastes, the 5 Womack Steps, and the main improvement techniques. The common theme throughout the training is practice simulation. As a result, you will retain the course material and after having completed the course, you can start working with Lean improvement tools immediately. Part 1 – Background and roadmap The subject matter of this first module focuses on two main themes. The Lean background and philosophy and the Lean Roadmap. Subject matter: Part 2 – Improvement tools and Lean Thinking exam Lean consists out of many process improvement tools, the most important of which will be covered in this second module.
