We are currently looking for a partner with whom to expand The Lean Six Sigma Company into Germany. At this time we have established financially successful franchise collaborations in nine countries, and now have our sights set on Germany as our next conquest.
Our main goal is to assist businesses and individuals alike to achieve success with the Lean Six Sigma methodology through training, coaching and guidance.
We are looking for a partner with an entrepreneurial attitude, who possesses extensive knowledge in Lean Six Sigma. It is however, not necessary to be capable of leading training courses by yourself. Generally speaking, setting up a franchise in Germany would consist of 4 phases. These phases demand perseverance, creativity and most of all, a customer-oriented mindset.
- Phase 1 consists of setting up a business model together with our Marketing and Sales Department. We will analyze the market by gathering data and finding the possible avenues of success. After deciding upon a viable business model we will move on to Phase 2.
- In Phase 2 we will manage the practical requirements necessary for setting up the business. This includes not only setting up the marketing channels, but also taking care of all legal and financial requirements.
- In Phase 3, which will partially take place parallel to Phase 2, we will prepare the organization for training operationality. This encompasses finding local experts in Lean Six Sigma who are able and willing to lead the training courses, training them according to our educational standards and programme, and making sure all of our standardized training material is made available to them.
- In Phase 4, which also partially overlaps with the earlier phases, we will start promoting the organization in Germany. We have extensive in-house experience in regards to this, and will actively utilize our network of international partners to contribute in this phase. Our experience and existing network of international customers will help you quickly reach the predefined critical level of revenue.
